About Daywise

Daywise is an AI invoicing and payment-tracking tool being built for film crew, contractors and sole traders who still lose evenings to spreadsheets.

The idea is direct: forward a call sheet or enter your hours, apply your own day-rate and overtime rules, review the invoice, then keep track of what is paid and what needs a polite follow-up.

We are starting with crew because production rates and schedules create a particularly painful admin workflow. Daywise is designed to extract only the user’s relevant details from confidential documents, keep rate decisions in the user’s hands and never present itself as tax advice.
